Catch up with the latest in South African Christian hip hop music, SACHH brings you up to speed with New SA Christian Hip Hop Music

It’s 2020, and we’re already in February!!! It’s a new year, SACHH has a new look and the holidays also brought us new local Christian Hip Hop music.  It has been a long minute since we (the home of South African Christian Hip Hop) shared the latest of SA CHH music with you, and your playlist needs some refreshing, right – so let’s catch-up.

On the 6th of December Mawat released his album “Peer Pressure”, it has 23 tracks; one of which speaks of his kasi, Inanda.  We caught up with him and asked him to share the heart behind the album, find out what he had to say, here.

The Award-winning Church Boyy Bizness dropped the single Better Know on the 12th of December 2019. Visit their Facebook page and download it for free.

Allan P dropped the single, BAG – BRAG About God on the 20th of December 2019, the track even got the number 1 spot on Google Play music Hip Hop charts. The Pules (Mr. and Mrs. Allan P) also launched a Youtube channel on the 15th of January 2020.

On the 23rd of December 2019, Keagan Holland dropped his single Nothing On Me, later Tshabuza jumped on the track and they shot a music video. Also Keegan and Ricwa got to perform in Claremont as the Kings of the South- they were joined by other SA CHH artists

Adriaan Jacobs released his first official single titled God on the 31st of December 2019, the track was featured on an online magazine in Cameroon. This year he is already on the move with a sharing session with other young men. Yes the men conference is real and the men conference is godly, the first one happened on the 1st of February 2020; look out for details of the next one in our What’s Happening page.

Also on the 31st of December 2019, Jay Paris released his EP, Purpose – a 7 tracks project that has every taste of the urban culture whilst staying true to the message of Christ.

The Christian rap duo The Followers released a single featuring Zenedine and Roxy, titled You Matter, it had a social media campaign promoting that everyone does matter. The track dropped on the 10th of January 2020. Preview single here.
